This is the fourth in the Dancing Cleanse series. it was an artist-in-elementary school program. There is a lot of “club activities” in Japanese schools, but of course, it’s not a night club, it’s a club of extracurricular activities. And the daily cleaning activities are the same as when I was in elementary school. It seems to me that cleaning plays strongly as a discipline in schools. It seems to be rare for students to do the cleaning in a foreign school. After several sessions, the video ended with an outdoor performance using bubbles. At that time, I asked the students to take a camera with them to take a video. They all had expressions that they didn’t show in school shoots, and it was impressive to see some getting covered in bubbles, others filming it, and students looking at the situation from a distance.
